For more than 25 years, Connie Oliver’s career centered on providing senior level marketing and communications leadership for businesses in the B2B and D2C space. Working with companies large and small, she demonstrated passion for defining brand purpose, building business revenue, and inspiring an engaged workforce.

When asked to summarize her personal and leadership style, she said StrengthsFinder™ got it right – defining her top 5 strengths as Activator, Achiever, Strategist, and as a highly Empathetic person with a unique talent for recognizing the Individual strengths in others.

Throughout her career, the common thread that brought her the most joy was helping others with a service-first mindset.
